Nikunj Navinchandra Vaghela
Nikunj is a seasoned Professional Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in electrical systems, renewable energy, and project management. He joined the company in 2010 and oversees the Commercial and Technical divisions, which include Vision Commercial, Vision Energy, Vision Engineering, and Courts Service, where he drives strategic growth, operational excellence and technical innovation.
He has spearheaded landmark renewable energy projects across Fiji, delivering solar rooftop systems and energy efficiency solutions for residential, resort, industrial, and utility sectors. His contributions directly support Fiji’s national renewable energy targets and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy).
Nikunj holds a Master of Science in Engineering by research from the University of the South Pacific and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), India. He is also a licensed electrical supervisor and a graduate member of Engineers Fiji.
