Anil is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience across Sri Lanka and Fiji. He has a strong track record in marketing, sales, business development, and customer experience, supported by an MBA from the University of the South Pacific and his status as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
He has been instrumental in driving growth for the Courts retail business, strengthening brand positioning, leading turnaround initiatives for underperforming units, and enhancing the overall customer experience. His background includes senior leadership positions at Unilever, CEAT Tyres, and Arpico, where he led transformational commercial and stakeholder initiatives.
